On the David Fruit and Delta Fruit models, it is possible to apply a system with two ultrasonic sensors that detect the presence of the plant and activate spreading only in its proximity, thus avoiding fertilization in unnecessary areas.
The dose to be spread and the spreading width are managed by a controller that operates the two sensors with independent functioning between the two sides so that even irregular plantations can be worked. It is possible to disable the sensors if necessary so that the machine can be used for standard inter- row or open field spreading.
