The system with vibrating hopper bottom that feeds continuously the distribution system. The absence of agitators avoids the products crushing, assuring a uniform dosage of the chosen quantities, of granular, powdered and pelleted fertilizers and seeds.
The stainless-steel grids (available in two models) placed above the vibrating bottom retain the fertilizer lumps and keep the pressure of the fertilizer on the feed system constant.
VIBRO SYSTEM solves the issues related to:
- Breakage of granules of fertilizers or seeds
- Heat and lump formation
- Distribution of all type of fertilizer even with critical weather conditions
- Constancy on the dispensed quantities, the system makes the degree of the hopper filling irrelevant from the quantity dispensed
